Overview
This session emphasises supported postures, long holds and diaphragmatic breathing. We use props to remove effort and invite the nervous system to unwind.

Led by experienced teachers trained in restorative techniques and trauma-informed sequencing. Sessions end with guided relaxation and optional soft music.
